| Description | Hi Kerwin Smart3 BMT is in progress. please check the issue below. https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BTVQ-32770 When the power plug of the STB was removed and the power of the STB was connected after 1 day, UI rebooting occurred during booting. It doesn't happen all the time, it happened once. Please check the attached log here and let me know your opinion to comment on BTVQ. Thank you. YK.Jung | ||||

Hi YK, Do you explain about "UI reboot" ? Does it mean Home UI restarting, Android system restarting (boot animation appears) or STB rebooting (boot logo is shown) ? Is the log captured while issue happening ? Thank you ~ |

Hi YK, I think it is caused by updating 'com.google.android.gms' package. 'com.google.android.gms' is set to auto-update by default. In log file, Home UI is killed for memory adjust after installing GMS package. There are 2 times of updating GMS in log file. It seems that at the first time, there is something wrong in GMS package. So GMS is updating again in short time.
